We request 1 night's deposit (not refundable.) You may telephone, fax or email us with details of your credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard & Diners accepted.) Or you can write and send a deposit by way of bank draft, or travellers cheques. Personal cheques can also be sent but need clearance before arrival. When unavoidable, the hotel reserves the right to offer with or without prior notice, alternative accommodation to that reserved. If this is not acceptable, the deposit is refundable in full. Long stays will require a larger deposit. Accommodation charges are payable in advance after arrival. Refunds of payments in advance as subject to re-letting of accommodation.
